2K has announced a blockbuster news that may be expected by many, the legendary superstar Michael Jordan will appear in two versions of “NBA 2K23”. (Which 23 would be more suitable than him?) The game, which will be released on September 9th, has a total of six different versions, including the standard and digital deluxe edition cover characters based on the NBA arena.
Devin Booker, Jordan will appear on the cover of the Champion Edition and the Michael Jordan Edition. In addition to this, 2K will also launch standard and special WNBA editions in the US and Canada featuring cover stars Diana Taurasi and Sue Bird.
It is worth mentioning that the US$150 Champion Edition will include a one-year NBA League Pass in addition to additional XP, Jordan-themed karts, virtual currency and other benefits included in the edition. For NBA fans, this should be a version worth buying. After all, the League Pass is originally US$15 per month, which is still a good deal.
In the game of “2K23”, the development team also added back the Jordan Challenge that existed in “2K11”, and added 5 new challenges to the original 10 challenges. This challenge all uses new technology, allowing players to recreate 15 iconic moments from Jordan’s illustrious career in different ways.
