Earlier Canonical announced that the new Dell XPS 13 Plus developer edition will be the first Ubuntu 22.04 LTS certified laptop. 

Being certified means that all components of the device are well suited to the system requirements, and LTS stands for Long Term Support, where users receive basic maintenance and security updates for at least the next 10 years. 

Starting in August, the product will be available preloaded with the latest major version of Ubuntu, priced from US$1,289. If you have a regular XPS 13 Plus running Windows 11 , you can install Ubuntu 22.04 LTS without any problems.
